Breakfast was good.
One of staff member who helped me for self check in was not so friendly as I expected. Ceiling of bathroom is too low, specially for tall people.

Exceptional value for money
Friendly and helpful staff, station shuttle to shinagawa station between certain times and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious.
Personally I didn't like the pillows and beds. They were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Pleasant final night in Japan
It was a comfortable and practical place to stay. Very much like a UK travel lodge. It was amazing value £54 pounds sterling and the free breakfast was exceptional. It was well run with quick check in and helpful staff. Extremely good location for the airport which is why we booked here as only 5 mins walk to the monorail and then only a few stops to the airport at Heneda. Liked the pajamas that you could pick up at reception they may not have been top fashion but handy for pre departure stay when everything is packed. Would we stay again - we would definitely stay here pre departure as so easy and good value. It's not a wow hotel but it does the basics very well indeed. We had room 402 which had amazing Tokyo views which you could pay a fortune for. Pillows softer than anywhere in Japan.
If money was available it could do with a general room make over.
